- Discovery Audit: Reviewing all state-provided discovery, including police reports, body-worn camera footage, and forensic data for inconsistencies or procedural errors.
- Witness Intelligence: Locating, vetting, and interviewing potential defense and state witnesses to determine credibility and bias.
- Field Analysis: Conducting crime scene reconstruction and physical site inspections to verify or debunk the prosecution’s timeline and spatial theories.
- Mitigation Support: Gathering background intelligence and records necessary for effective defense strategy or sentencing mitigation.”
